  • Computerized rollers automatically adjust, producing uniformity time after time.
  • Automated stichwelders, seamwelders and spotwelders handle your welding requirements with accuracy.
  • Four (4) spiral pipe machines capable of 3” – 84” diameters in 20’ lengths or cut to length;  gauges ranging from 13 to 26.
  • Monroe Metal is the only manufacturer capable of running 16 gauge spiral in stainless steel.
    Monroe “V-Rib” produces a lightweight pipe with five (5) reinforcing ribs.
  • Automated Rectanglar coil line.
  • TDF Connector eliminates connectors in the field—meaning easier and quicker installation
  • Automated liner machine applies glue to the metal, liner is applied and pinspotted then into the brake--- requiring only 22 seconds for this one man operation.
  • Capable of producing industrial welded pipe and fittings in gauges ranging from 26 to 10.
